Formation flight (35 minutes):
Formation flights allow you to experience close-formation jet flying alongside other aircraft - the same precision environment used by professional aerobatic teams.
Personal items are allowed only if they are securely fastened and do not pose any risk to the aircraft or equipment. Participants are fully responsible for their belongings. Any damage caused by unsecured items may result in repair costs.
Yes. All standard flights include HD onboard video. The 40-minute flight also includes 360° video. These recordings allow you to relive and share your experience after the flight.
Safety is our highest priority, and all flights are conducted by experienced pilots using professionally maintained aircraft in full compliance with aviation standards. Baltic Bees has maintained a 100% safety record with no accidents throughout its operational history. Participants should be in good health, as certain pre-existing medical conditions may affect tolerance to aerobatic flight and must be disclosed in advance.
Flights operate from Jūrmala Airport (EVJA), Latvia. Detailed arrival information and instructions will be provided after booking confirmation.
You must arrive at the agreed time, as the experience includes mandatory safety briefings, equipment fitting, and preparation. Failure to attend the briefing or follow safety instructions may result in cancellation of the flight.
Cancellation 7 or more days before the scheduled date - full refund
Cancellation less than 7 days before - 10% of the total price is retained
Deposits are part of the total and follow the same policy
No-shows without notice are treated as late cancellations
If your situation is exceptional, please contact us - we review individual cases whenever possible.
Weather conditions are a critical safety factor in aviation. If the flight cannot take place within the planned three-day window, we will reschedule your experience at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund is issued according to the standard terms
Flight experiences or gift cards are purchased first. Within two business days, our team contacts you to agree on suitable dates. Your booking becomes confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received. Because aviation depends on weather and operational conditions, flights are scheduled within a three-day window around the agreed date to ensure the safest and best possible experience.
All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. The remaining balance may be paid in advance or on-site before the flight.
Payments are processed through certified third-party payment providers. Baltic Bees does not store payment card information.
Unless explicitly included, the company is not responsible for travel to the airport, accommodation, lost working time, or other indirect expenses related to your visit.
Yes. A flight may be refused if a participant:
Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed and are evaluated individually.
Yes. Before the flight, each participant signs a health declaration and risk acknowledgement. You are responsible for ensuring your medical condition allows safe participation. Any injuries, cardiovascular conditions, or other relevant health issues must be disclosed in advance.
If you are close to these limits, please inform us in advance so we can confirm suitability.
Gift cards are available for selected experiences and are valid for 12 months. They are issued for one person and one flight and are non-refundable and non-extendable. If the recipient cannot attend, please contact us to discuss possible solutions.
Flight images and videos may be used for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to appear in promotional materials, you can sign a media refusal form before your flight.
