Cancelation and refund policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Scope of reservation and nature of the service
  • Individual private flights are booked within a three-day window, subject to suitable weather conditions.
  • A deposit must be paid before the flight, according to the selected flight duration.

Payment structure

  • 20-minute flight: total price EUR 2300, deposit EUR 350.
  • 30-minute flight: total price EUR 2900, deposit EUR 450.
  • 40-minute flight: total price EUR 3200, deposit EUR 550.
  • Formation flight with 2 aircrafts: total EUR 6100, deposit EUR 600.
  • Formation flight with 3 aircrafts: total EUR 9000, deposit EUR 900.
  • Gift cards may be offered for selected services unless otherwise specified at purchase.
  • The remaining balance may be paid at the time of booking or later, for example on site at the airport before the flight.

  • Cancellation by the client and refund terms
  • The Customer may cancel the booking by providing written notice to the Company.
  • If the cancellation is made more than seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled flight date, the
  • Company shall refund the full amount paid by the Customer.
  • If the cancellation is made seven (7) calendar days or less prior to the scheduled flight date, the deposit paid for the flight shall be non-refundable. Any amount paid by the Customer in excess of the deposit shall be refunded.
  • For the purposes of these Terms, the scheduled flight date shall mean the originally confirmed flight date stated in the booking confirmation.
  • Cancellation after payment of the registration fee  
  • The deposit (registration fee) forms part of the total price and is included in the overall refund in accordance with the timeframes set out in section 3.

No-show and rescheduling

  • If the client does not arrive at the scheduled flight time without prior notice, the cancellation policy in section 3 applies.
  • If the flight must be postponed due to weather conditions or other objective reasons, the flight will be rescheduled to another time without additional charge, where possible. Rescheduling conditions are agreed individually.

Use of gift cards

  • Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • Gift cards are not refundable in cash.
  • If a reservation made using a gift card is cancelled, the flight will be rescheduled to another date in accordance with section 5.

Cancelation by the company

  • If the flight cannot take place within the scheduled time window due to technical reasons or adverse weather conditions, the company will offer to reschedule the flight to another time at no additional cost.
  • If it is not possible to find a suitable new date, the company will refund the amount paid by the client in accordance with the conditions set out in section 3.

Force majeure and exceptional circumstances

  • In the event of exceptional circumstances (medical, personal, or other serious reasons), the client is encouraged to contact the company. Each situation will be assessed individually in order to reach a fair solution.

Processing of refunds

  • Refunds are made using the client’s original payment method or another agreed method as soon as reasonably possible after the cancellation request and confirmation have been received.

Submitting a cancellation request

  • To cancel a reservation or request a refund, the client must contact the company by email or telephone.
  • A cancellation takes effect at the moment the company has confirmed receipt of the request.
